CD Woodbury Trio

“Booty-shaking contemporary blues with wit and extraordinary substance” says Dave Rubin, a Keeping the Blues Alive Award recipient in Journalism. The CD Woodbury Trio have been performing in the Pacific Northwest’s top blues clubs and festivals since forming in late 2015. Guitarist, singer, and songwriter CD Woodbury plays a muscular, expressive style with no direct influences. He is backed by the dynamic and musical rhythm section of Patrick McDanel on bass and Don Montana on drums.

False Sense of Security and Rain City Rewind

False Sense of Security:

Formed in 2017, these Seattle area musicians joined together to start playing some of the best rock & roll songs throughout the decades. False Sense of Security is made up of people with normal jobs and busy lives. All the members share a love for music and similar tastes in genres. When it’s time to perform live, their goal is to put on the best show possible so their audience is having as much fun as they are. What fuels FSS to put on a great show? The audience! The harder they rock, the more energized the crowd gets. It’s the rockin’ gift, that keeps on giving.

Here’s a sampling of some of the bands FSS covers during their sets:

Tom Petty, The Eagles, The Rolling Stones, ZZ Top, Lady Gaga, Van Morrison, CCR, Joe Cocker, John Mellencamp, Stray Cats, AC/DC, Billy Idol, Jimmy Eat World, Fleetwood Mac, The Romantics, Bon Jovi, Stone Temple Pilots, George Thorogood, Foo Fighters, and more!

Rain City Rewind:

Rain City Rewind plays Alternative Rock – mostly from the 90’s or thereabouts, but focusing heavily on the enormous amount of great music being put out in the 80’s & 90’s from the Northwest and other areas around the globe.

We play Seattle Rock (a retrospective of ALL & ONLY SEATTLE AREA ROCK!) – hard rockin bands encompassing the Seattle area’s music history (including bands from Tacoma, Aberdeen, Ellensburg, etc.), from the early garage rock sounds of The Wailers, Ventures, Sonics in the 60’s up thru Heart, Hendrix, Queensryche, but focusing heavily on the enormous amount of great music being put out in the 80’s & 90’s: Mudhoney, Mother Love Bone, Screaming Trees, Alice In Chains, Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Tad, Gruntruck, Presidents, Foo Fighters and others. Gigs will eventually be a multimedia “show”, presenting the music chronologically, eventually with an accompanying coordinated video media presentation.

24 Madison

24 Madison is headed west, bringing you our favorites from Aretha, Ray Charles, Sam Cooke, Stevie Wonder and more! Come out to the new Aurora Borealis club for a fantastic evening with us!

With well over 200 years of music experience among them, the members of 24 Madison found each other over the past few years and decided to leverage that experience towards a band that was unique and would stand out against the current scene.

Female, male, and backing vocals, REAL horns (nice when you have a fantastic keyboard player and he doesn’t have to fake horn parts!), and percussion in addition to drums–we are able to take on a HUGE range of music, everything from soul to rock to pop to funk–and with our experience and dedication we cover them well. Who else covers Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder, Chicago, Amy Winehouse, Al Green, in one show!?!

Comprised of professional musicians in the local scene for years, JukeBox offers the very best in cross-decade, multi-genre music reproduction for your event, venue or party. JukeBox offers a wide selection of material to choose from, great sounding equipment, on-screen lyrics just like a karaoke bar… except that patrons, clients, friends and family transform into lead singing stars of the show backed by a grooving, entertaining live band. Custom set lists and powerhouse lead vocals are also options when booking.

“After playing in other original and cover bands for years, members of JukeBox realized they could do it better with bigger vision and could make it fun for EVERYONE by including the audience in potentially every number!

Totally self-contained, we can supply everything from the PA to performance lights to lyric screens for a very special evening that will keep them buzzing long after the party is over.

Though JukeBox was formed to be a Karaoke Band, we have access to very talented and capable male and female vocalists who can front the band in addition to singing backup and supporting participants.

JukeBox can perform anywhere from ONE to FOUR sets for an evening, with any number of Karaoke sets combined with “House Band” sets. For example, JukeBox could play the opening set with our own singer, then follow with two sets of Karaoke, and close the night with our own singer again, or play Karaoke sets all night long.”
