    Compensation

    Compensation to entertainers will come in the form of customer gratuity. We have installed an entertainment gratuity key on our point of sale system for customers to include entertainment tips on their bill. We have trained our staff to encourage entertainment tipping. We have created marketing material to support the effort. At the end of an event the entertainers will receive a pay-out for 100% of the tips collected during their event.

    ETC Source 4 Ellipsoidals Monitor system consist of 7 mixes plus a sub-woofer controlled from the FOH console. There are 8 d&b M6 monitors with one d&b E15x as a drum sub. All are powered by a d&b 10D amplifier.
    ETC 48/96 Smartfade Console Mixing console is a Midas M32 with a DL32 stage box and CAT5 inter-connect.
